This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of CopyLoop and its AI content generation tools. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use CopyLoop to generate content that:
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Contains misleading health or medical claims not backed by scientific evidence
- Promotes financial fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive investment advice
- Impersonates individuals, brands, government entities, or public figures
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Targets or exploits minors in any way
- Advertises illegal products or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods)
- Spreads political misinformation or election interference content
- Contains explicit sexual content or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Promotes self-harm, violence, or terrorism
2. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Automated abuse — Send excessive API calls or requests beyond your plan limits through scripts, bots, or automated tools
- Credential sharing — Share your login credentials with multiple users or organizations
- Reselling — Resell CopyLoop's generated content as a competing AI content service
- Model training — Use CopyLoop's output to train competing AI models
- Circumvention — Bypass rate limits, usage quotas, plan restrictions, or security measures
- Reverse engineering — Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
- Spam — Use generated content for unsolicited bulk messaging or email spam
- Scraping — Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the CopyLoop platform
3. Advertising Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring all generated advertising content complies with applicable regulations, including but not limited to:
- ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) guidelines
- FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines for US markets
- ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) for UK markets
- Platform-specific ad policies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
4. Consequences of Violations

5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@copyloop.garageaistack.com. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
