Terms of Service

Welcome to CopyLoop, an AI-powered content generation platform operated by Garage Collective ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using CopyLoop at copyloop.garageaistack.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CopyLoop. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

CopyLoop provides AI-powered copywriting and content generation tools using artificial intelligence models from OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini) and Anthropic (Claude Sonnet). The Service includes 22+ content generation tools across social media, advertising, SEO, and campaign categories.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person. Sharing credentials across multiple users is prohibited
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

CopyLoop offers the following subscription plans (all prices in Indian Rupees, exclusive of 18% GST):

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
• Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times. After 3 failures, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• All paid plans include a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions (see Refund Policy)

5. Content Ownership

• Your content: You retain full ownership of all input content (brand data, prompts, parameters) and all AI-generated output
• License to us: You grant CopyLoop a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• AI output: AI-generated content may not be unique. Similar content may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing
• No training: Your content is NOT used to train AI models. We use OpenAI and Anthropic API services, which do not use API data for model training

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CopyLoop to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy. See the full AUP for detailed prohibited content and activities.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. CopyLoop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and ensuring regulatory compliance of all content before use. See our full AI Content Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPYLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently removed

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
