This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on CopyLoop operated by Garage Collective. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Monthly Plans
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- No partial-month refunds — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
2. Annual Plans
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year
- 14-day full refund window — request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
- After 14 days, no refunds are available until your annual period expires
- Annual savings: 17% compared to monthly billing
3. Downgrade Policy
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades
- Features restricted to the new plan will become unavailable after the downgrade
4. Service Unavailability Credit
If CopyLoop is unavailable for 48 or more consecutive hours due to an issue on our end (not third-party outages or scheduled maintenance), you are eligible for a prorated credit on your next billing cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial-month charges on monthly plans
- Annual plans after the 14-day refund window
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Charges older than 90 days
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@copyloop.garageaistack.com with your account email and reason for refund
- Include your subscription type (monthly/annual) and payment date
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
