AI Content Disclaimer

CopyLoop uses artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate content. This disclaimer explains the limitations and your responsibilities when using AI-generated content.

1. AI Models Used

CopyLoop generates content using the following AI models:

OpenAI GPT-4o — Most capable model, best for complex and nuanced content
OpenAI GPT-4o-mini — Faster model, good for quick drafts
Anthropic Claude Sonnet — Excellent for creative writing (Pro and Growth plans)

2. Content Accuracy

Important Notice

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biased perspectives. CopyLoop does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, or suitability of any generated content.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using AI-generated content from CopyLoop, you are responsible for:

Review and fact-check all generated content before publishing or distributing
Verify claims — especially health, financial, legal, or statistical claims
Ensure regulatory compliance — advertising regulations (ASCI, FTC, ASA), platform policies, and local laws
Check for originality — AI output may resemble existing published content
Edit and customize — treat AI output as a starting point, not a final draft
Disclose AI use — where required by platform policies or regulations

4. Content Uniqueness

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users who provide similar prompts. If uniqueness is critical, you should modify and personalize the generated content.

5. Content Ownership

You own all content you generate through CopyLoop
You also bear full liability for how you use, publish, or distribute that content
CopyLoop does not claim any ownership over your generated content

6. No Training on Your Data

Your prompts, brand context, and generated content are NOT used to train AI models. We use OpenAI and Anthropic API services, which explicitly state that API data is not used for model training.

7. Limitation of Liability

CopyLoop and Garage Collective shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims, regulatory penalties, reputational damage, or financial losses.
